Battery Charger Information 

This device is equipped with a rechargeable lithium battery. It can be used for 3 hours straight.

You must use the power adapter along with the device to charge the battery.

While charging, plug the DC power adapter into the DC power socket of the device. The Red power indicator light will light. After 3 or 4 hours, it will be fully charged and the indicator light will go out.

You can open or close the holder to make your reading more comfortable as needed.There's also a stand included with the magnifier. See the diagram on the back of the unit above.
